Miguel Ferrer (b. 1955) plays Jonas Bledsoe on Bionic Woman.

Ferrer first became known for his role as Bob Morton in the 1987 film RoboCop. He had a recurring role on the second season of Twin Peaks in 1990, and starred in the Stephen King miniseries The Stand in 1994. He also had a featured role in the Al Franken series LateLine in 1998.

Ferrer has provided voices for animation as well, including Mulan, Superman: The Animated Series and The Jackie Chan Adventures.

From 2001 to 2007, Ferrer played Dr. Garret Macy, one of the leading roles in the NBC crime/drama series Crossing Jordan.

Early life[]

Miguel Ferrer was born on 7th February, 1955 in Santa Monica (California), the oldest of five children of Puerto Rican Academy Award-winner José Ferrer and American singer Rosemary Clooney. He has four siblings, Maria, Gabriel, Monsita, and Rafael (also an actor); and his cousin is actor George Clooney. Since his childhood, Ferrer was exposed to the glamor and splendor of Hollywood. His childhood hero was Batman, but as a teenager his interests shifted towards music, and he started to build his career as a studio musician. He played the drums on Keith Moon's Two Sides of the Moon. Hi band mate, Bill Mumy ("Will Robinson" on the television classic Lost In Space) cast him as a drummer in his first television role, in the series Sunshine.
