Carly is a personal friend of Jaime Sommers and Robin.
In 2007, she got into Columbia Law School. ("Paradise Lost") Jaime used this as cover to explain to Becca where she was going in "Face Off". Instead of telling her sister that she was going on a mission for Berkut, Jaime instead said she was going with Carly to Napa to celebrate her post-graduate admission. This lie was revealed, however, when Carly appeared on Becca's doorstep to return some shoes to Jaime, having no knowledge of the alleged trip to Napa.
